Needle Felt a Turkey - A Handmade Thanksgiving

Each holiday season brings new memories. Mark this year with a handmade felted turkey decoration. Join us to learn the art of needlepoint felting and create a beautiful, handcrafted decoration. In this workshop, you will discover the basics of felting, including essential materials and techniques. Personalize your turkey with colorful and creative embellishments in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, perfect for all skill levels. Bring your holiday spirit and leave with a cherished keepsake to adorn your home or a special gift for a loved one.

Instructor Rhiannen Sears is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, holding a BFA with a concentration in ceramics and a minor in art history and criticism. She holds a master's degree in art education (MAT) from Christopher Newport University. She has taught many workshops and is currently teaching ceramics at Lafayette High School in Williamsburg.
