About the Exhibition

The 2022 ArtCNU Faculty Exhibition features work by Christopher Newport’s Department of Fine Art and Art History studio art faculty. The title, Collective Studio, reflects the collaborative atmosphere they foster in the department and highlights the role each of these individual artists plays in enriching the lives of our student body.

These faculty strive to create an environment where new ideas are celebrated and ArtCNU students are empowered to develop critical thinking skills, technical ability, and self-expression.
